1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55bwm ("55bwm," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at 55bwm.club and any associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 55bwm website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of 55bwm.

55bwm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are advised to review this page periodically.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 55bwm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions. 55bwm strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where 55bwm has elected not to operate.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from 55bwm or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform due to fraud, abuse, or self-exclusion requests that remain in effect.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 55bwm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

55bwm reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.1 Age Verification

55bwm employs age verification controls at the point of registration and during KYC review. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Any winnings generated from such an account will be void and non-payable. Deposits made by underage players will be refunded to the original funding source where possible.

3Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) 55bwm account. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and acknowledgement of these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

55bwm is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal transactions. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 55bwm may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bwm login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify 55bwm immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 55bwm shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 55bwm account at any time by contacting customer support. 55bwm reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violations, regulatory requirements, or extended inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months where the account balance is zero.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

55bwm accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be funded from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources or payment methods not in the player's name are prohibited.

55bwm does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which 55bwm bears no responsibility. Deposit amounts must be in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55bwm does not accept deposits in foreign currency.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods in the player's name only. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. 55bwm aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in its support documentation; actual credit times depend on the receiving payment provider.

55bwm reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or that are associated with accounts flagged for unusual activity. During such reviews, the relevant withdrawal amount may be held pending completion of the review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 55bwm are conducted in Philippine Peso. Account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain unclaimed for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months or longer, where the account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) throughout that period, may be subject to dormancy handling in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5Gameplay Rules

All games offered on 55bwm — including but not limited to slots, live casino table games, bingo, Lucky Bingo, Dino Hunter, and sports betting — are governed by these Terms and any specific rules published for each game or game category within the Platform.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements operated by human dealers in licensed studios.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 55bwm will resolve the incomplete round in accordance with its published technical failure procedures. Where a round cannot be fairly resolved, bets will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account.
• 55bwm reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of exploitation of software errors, casino bugs, or game malfunctions. Playing under such conditions is considered a breach of these Terms.
• Wagers placed during scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance may be voided at 55bwm's discretion.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and rules are governed by 55bwm's sports betting terms, which are published separately within the sports section of the Platform.

6Bonuses & Promotions

55bwm offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms page.
• 55bwm reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: holding multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns designed to satisfy requirements with minimal risk, or collusion between players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 55bwm may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, players who have already accepted the bonus will be permitted to complete applicable wagering requirements under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• All promotions are available to players in the Philippines only and are void where prohibited by law.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 55bwm and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Registering or using more than one account on the Platform;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
3. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or to circumvent anti-money laundering obligations;
4. Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or mechanical devices to interact with games or to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Exploiting identified bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform software;
6. Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in games where player-versus-player interaction is involved;
7. Using third-party software or systems to manipulate game outcomes;
8. Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payments through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering;
9. Allowing a third party to access or use your 55bwm account;
10. Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while representing your location as the Philippines.

55bwm reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated wagers and bonuses, and to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offense, 55bwm will report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bwm Platform — including but not limited to the 55bwm name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 55bwm or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 55bwm.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 55bwm for use on the Platform. Players may not record, stream, reproduce, or distribute live casino sessions or game content without 55bwm's prior written authorization.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bwm shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications providers that affect your gaming session;
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform, subject to verified cases of proven Platform malfunction.

Nothing in these Terms limits 55bwm's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. In all cases where 55bwm is found liable, its aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy & Data

55bwm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 55bwm.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

55bwm processes personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. 55bwm does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

55bwm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit to your 55bwm account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set hard caps on net losses over a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at configurable intervals displaying the duration and net outcome of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from all 55bwm services for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum permanent). Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen duration.

Players experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to contact PAGCOR's Responsible Gambling division or the National Council for Mental Health (NCMH). 55bwm takes its duty of care obligations seriously and will take appropriate action when problem gambling indicators are identified on an account.

12Amendments to These Terms

55bwm reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments, 55bwm will endeavor to provide advance notice through the Platform or via registered email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 55bwm operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 55bwm Platform shall first be submitted to 55bwm's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for online gaming operators.

You agree that Philippine courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
